How do governments find out when classified data is exposed?

Do they have some kind of computer algorithm that scan everything we type or speak and checks for key words?

Government aka govern mind...they offer us a deception so that we consent by believing it; thereby self restricting our comprehension of reality, which is how they govern our mind. Offer made by the free will of one, in exchange for the consent of the free will of another one. The one who consents to the offer by free will of another ignores oneself.

That's called a contract of belief or mind control or the allegory of the golem (a monster out of clay; controlled from outside).
