So, 4400 Lower Roswell Rd, Marietta, GA is a county tag office, so I assume that this is an early voting location and not an actual facility where ballots are processed or where large numbers of machines are stored for election day use.
This is proof of negligence, probably, if this is true and not fake news, because there's been quite a bit of that regarding the election and its aftermath. The most likely possibility is that someone forgot to lock the door on their way home before the holidays.
Incompetence and failure to properly perform one's duty seems endemic to one side of the political spectrum. Nonetheless someone will lose their job over the negative publicity.
