Palestinians did the best they could under the circumstances, they were ruled by the ottomans, then the British. Had no guns or training whatsoever.
They were basically fighting against the whole British empire.
The Jews would get top training by the english and the best of armaments. And for those who do not know the Jews would later kill many British officers who had helped them, never offer help to a Jew!

One notable ruler of the area of Palestine was Zaher al Umar al Zidani, the situation in Palestine was similar to that of Egypt, Egypt too was under Ottoman rule for a long time. It does not mean the people of Egypt should just move out for anyone with a religious fable like the Jews, and say: sorry, we have been living here for thousands of years but I guess we are not really a people, please steal our land!
