If it's a "real" (i.e. not a false flag) event then civilians weren't the target, the messages broadcast by the van warned people to evacuate the area. If the target was AT&T then perhaps it was successful, as it caused massive outages, but that's only half of the story then as we don't know what the outages were useful for.
Yeah because if i wanted to kill someone with a bomb i would totally never try to lure them into the street it would be far better to leave them protected by building walls to absorb energy and schrapnel.
Yea, but if you wanted to kill people... mass casualties.... you don’t tell them you’re there. Plus, it was Christmas. Not too many people out and about anyways. If killing people was the intention, you’d think it would have been a more populated location, different time of day, definitely not the most closed holiday of the year and definitely not blaring a warning.
