If it's just some symbolic position created by the White House, she could probably just get a title and keep doing what she's already been doing. I think she's fucking hilarious, but she's literally done nothing but sue in various jurisdictions and lose or have her cases tossed due to lack of evidence. I'd almost welcome the "appointment" for the comedic value alone.
