My guess is the Globalist Cabal is concerned that he is gonna flip on them, so they're reminding him who is in charge- but using "pro-Trump" cover to hide their tracks and make their opponents look bad. Either that or he's attention whoring and instructed someone to do it for sympathy. "Orange Man bad...look what Orange man people did me...nyugghhh...so bad Orange man, so bad fo me.
