I think you dismiss too much. You talk of the importance of self sustainment but for some reason believe the devices of personal achievement aren't worth trying to catalog. You say energy doesnt have a shape yet you talk of so many ways it can be manipulated.

The only thing one achieves (as residue within the loss/recharge "cycle" is within the shared bloodline; all the rest is circumstantial. Our way of thinking is corrupt, because ones proclamation about worthiness and achievements represents ones one assumptions, which when upheld as beliefs and proclaimed into reality, become belief based conflicts with other ones. Letting consciousness define out of endless circumstantial worth is a function (processing of information) BEFORE one acts upon it, and the action then has to be either in adherence to self sustenance or in ignorance thereof.
Language is the corruption as to why we are able to proclaim assumptions so selfishly, because we can only brand nature by ignoring that nature doesn't brand anything. A cow is a cow not because we call him a cow, but because nature allows us to distinguish through the use of all our senses what a cow is.

When you add motion (loss of potentiality) to energy the need for shape comes into existence, as inspiration for all other conscious life to adhere to self sustenance. Your inception and your death do not have a shape, yet your physical existence (life) proves that they "are"; mentally on the other hand; you have no problem comprehending their shapeless existence.
The difference between the two is that the physical is tied to the inside of motion, while the mental represents the connection to the outside of motion (energy; the source of information we mimic; we transmute form out of). As I stated; we exist within balance (momentum), so outside and inside are communicating with each other...BUT if we adhere or ignore it is the choice of our free will, because both choices are needed for balance (one for loss; one for gain/recharge).
