What's the point of making this backup if the vast majority of the 1.4 million reddit conspiracy user didn't find out about it?
At some point, reddit will rip control of /r/conspiracy away from you and the current mod team and give it to some agents of the ruling class like the TMOR people.
When that happens, it will be too late to tell people about this site cause you will be locked out.
The reddit admins/TMOR agents are trying to avoid banning /r/conspiracy outright because that would cause too many users to get pissed and actually move to other free speech platforms (like here or voat), where they might be exposed to the truth.
So they want to slowly ban every reddit user account that tells too much truth, while killing any honest discussion of the ruling class by mass shadow deleting comments that come to close to the truth.
They want to keep /r/conspiracy running, but they have transformed it into a dead end for conspiracy truth seekers.
I did but received pushback from some of the conspiracy mod team and they asked to take it down.
Maybe you should consider doing it anyway.

meh, I've known some of the mods on the team for 10+ years. A few I definitely trust and their hearts are in the right place.
They're trying to preserve /r/conspiracy but it's becoming a fool's errand.

I didn't see the post on reddit at all (came here because I saw the stickied post on thedonald).
I'd do it again, there are a lot of people who will not find out about it otherwise.
