What is that? Is that really a screw-up, leftover from deleting the logo? Is it a tracking pixel? There's a ton of JS right after it. Whatever it is, it's still there. It's just an anchor tag with a link to SolarWinds. I'm not sure what the acronym means in the url encoding, but it's definitely meant for something. http://www.SolarWinds.com/?CMP=PRD-TAD-SW-MFT_INPRD-MFT-PP
Link to the page it's currently at. The element is in the footer, which has no visible elements. https://dvsfileshare.dominionvoting.com/Web%20Client/Mobile/MLogin.htm
There was a link to their Solarwinds SERV-U page. It's an FTP program. Has nothing to do with Solarwinds Orion. It would be used to transfer large files to and from clients mostly for diagnostic purposes. Any IT proffessional would be able to tell someone the exact same thing. People are conflating two different softwares and trying to link it to the whole election fraud. AKA grasping at straws.

I used the software at my previous company.

This is 100% a dead end and has nothing to do with the election.
