X22 report was warning about this a few days ago. Clearly some people do in fact have inside knowledge and are leaking it out.

Thats just it. We don't know all of it yet but there is no way all this shit is going down at the same time as a coincidence.
I don't like to say stuff without sources but I have a theory. Trump does know and has it all. Major war withing the deepstate. He is turning them against eachother and using their own assets against them.
What we do know for sure is that there was a large-scale cyber attack on US government institutions and infrastructure during the national emergency declared in 2018 and likely again last night.
By proving such a large-scale cyber attack occurred, it opens the gates for Trump to initiate his Plan B --> 2018-EO13848.
