What’s the potential avenue for censorship? Who is in charge of content removal? Are there symbolic rules that will get people banned (racism, etc)? What sort of content is not allowed and why (r/jailbait was technically legal)

well the mods are listed on the side...I made sure to enable public mod logs in the settings.
As for rules, that will get sorted out once we fill up the team a bit more.

I was laid off for months myself then when I was brought back in I received a promotion. I thought that was great until my boss took a medical leave and I was given twice the workload for half the pay.
I've hardly had time to really think about how shitty the year was. Although if I wasn't a conspiracy theorist hoarding money for an economic collapse I'd be homeless right about now.

To whomever will end up moderating, here are some things to consider when figuring out how to moderate and what can be done to make discussion more seamless:
What has been most frustrating on the reddit conspiracy threads are the obvious r/politics, r/news, r/worldnews, r/tmor, etc. users that flood comment chains with their obvious gaslighting. On top of that, I don't even know how many interesting posts were never seen as a result of instant downvoting.
The shills were able to absolutely infiltrate r/conservative which is evident by the sheer number of shills who were able to take over "flaired" posts, which were intended to be conservatives only. So we know they are willing to put in the effort to infiltrate. I believe it's begun to some extent on TheDonald.win. Especially in the current time, we are looking to see if action is begging it's first steps but it is critically important to ensure those calls aren't coming from fake / shill accounts.
It would be nice for the sidebar to be a way to accumulate information about topics, almost in a way that is similar to building a legal case or an writing an adjudication philosophy paper. It's annoying to reiterate yourself week after week, month after month, to newbies or doubters so we tend to get lazy and dismiss legitimate questions. However, the dismissal of of legitimate questions asked by shill users is a huge time saver. Nothing is worse than writing up a lengthy explanation with supporting evidence for the shill to just dismiss it and begin the name calling, or busting out the "yikes", "lol", "lmao", etc.
I'm always a fan of a good discussion of ancient civilizations, the possibility of alien contact, advanced technology, etc., but it doesn't take priority when serious business is going down in real time. I'm pretty sick of seeing the same shill posts about "when is conspiracy going back to normal" or "since when has conspiracy been taken over by the alt-right" while receiving awards and massive upvotes.
It would be nice to know if the user I'm about to converse with on a political matter is a fan of "equality of opportunity" or "equality of outcome" along with "freedom > security" or "common good" > "good for me". That is, if someone is a diehard leftist there is pretty much zero chance of finding common ground and I'd like to be able to just avoid those conversations altogether, unless they want to a have a philosophical discussion about the value of the quoted phrases just listed.
I could go on but this is a good starting point. I'm open to discussing these in more detail if anyone wants to.

While extremely inebriated and inured at whatever dumb thing was happening, i sometimes posted what would be considered racist, sexist, antisemitic rants on the donald.Win including all of the super special no-no words and they werent removed. Some were even upvoted fairly high, lol, but i usually self-censored myself sometime later by deleting the comments with hungover regret. That community does have the express purpose of supporting Donald Trump so they do ban people that disagree with that. Even so, i think there is a wide berth taken by mods. I would assume this site would be even less likely to ban or filter anyone as it doesnt really have thhat overarching goal. It is also nice here vs reddit that you can see the upvotes and downvotes together, so while a post might be at -1, it could be 258 downvoted and 257 upvotes. Those are usually the best posts and to the point of another commenter in this thread that we are our own moderators. I encourage you to push the boundaries. I want to see it.

I remember the_donald being EXTREMELY censored when it was on reddit. So far I have yet to see this happen on TDW so I hope we will see something similar on here.
I hope we have a safe platform to discuss the Real conspiracies that matter the most, it would be extremely devastating if we cannot discuss certain topics like Zionism.
