As of today, we have a contested election. The house and senate will vote on the dueling electors on Jan 6. Until that date, reveal as much evidence of corruption as possible on the election and/or the Bidens themselves so that even the democrats cannot certify Biden's electors in good faith, or Pence himself steps in and chooses Trump's electors.
OR: insurrection act / martial law / executive order on elections from 2018
Can't say for certain, but right now the idea is that Trump is using the vaccine to position the military all across the country in preparation for martial law/insurrection act/possible chinese invasion. Saying FISA could be a nod to Q followers that the storm is about to start, or it could mean nothing, I don't know.
I'm no Q expert and I haven't read the book of proofs. Whether its real or not, Q has forced some shady stuff into the public spotlight, so I just follow and support it. Honestly the most compelling recent proof for me, off the top of my head, is Trump repeatedly saying 'Qcumbers' for no reason at the recent rally in Georgia.
