I don't know what's up with Reddit. I've noticed escalating hate over the last few years. Just downright nasty comments, even 4chan would be proud of. Downvotes are weaponized to hide opinions and only superficial good vibe posts gain traction.
You are emotionally dissuaded from posting dissenting opinions. Especially people like me who don't farm karma. Going below 10 excludes you from many communities.
