the vaxes are much less lethal than they initially wanted. Mind you, the plan is completely stupid in the first place ( exterminating 6.5 billion people via forced injections, good luck) but they were also not able to go beyond 1 death for 2500 injections. That's why they're coming with treatment pills, to continue the culling. But it's not enough. That's why they were continuing the research in Ukr.
