First half of the Island is really good. Then it becomes a stock chaser movie.

OJ Simpson is in it

LOL I'm not sure if you were trying to be funny, but that's about as glowing a review as one could give about his role in the movie. His character is not developed whatsoever and barely has any lines.

The supporting actors carry this movie - none of the protagonists are well acted.

Got any others in that vein? Brazil isn't an exact fit but great too
