1. Higher Galactic Federation- It is made up of aliens present in the 6th and above density. They are currently not present in our Solar System. They practice 'Service to Others'. Popular aliens include Blue Avians,Triangle Beings, etc. It has decision making bodies called Higher Galactic Councils. Their representative on the Earth is Corey Coode.

2. Lower Galactic Federation- It comprises of aliens present in 3rd, 4th and 5th density. They are currently present in our Solar System. It is under the control of the 'Service to Self' aliens from the Orion Constellation. It has decision making bodies called the Lower Galactic Councils. Lower Galactic Federation is currently controlling the Earth's Governments.

3. Cabal- It works for the Orions. It is currently controlling the Earth's governments with the help of Lower Federation. It is present on the Earth. Member aliens include Greys, Reptilians(lizards), Mantis, etc. It is also called Interplanetary Corporate Conglomerate(ICC).

4. Earth Alliance(White Hats)- They work for the Cabal.

The moment when the GGLN and its Alien allies enter our solar system, the White Hats and the Lower Federation will not be able to stop the disclosure.
