For companies wanting 230 protection
Ownership, board membership, powers of attorney and loans must be by citizens of solely the US or incorporated entities(States, Indian tribes, random island commonwealths, etc) or corporations wholly owned directly or indirectly by such.
Bans of US citizens are not allowed unless they are currently imprisoned or under indictment or if they have multiple accounts.
Allow moderation of images/video less than 30 days old.
Only allow moderation of text (other than users blocking users) with a court order(including military courts) or a statement of copyright ownership and lack of fair use provided under penalty of perjury and permanent disbarment.
What would be the point? Then people would just say he planted evidence of fraud. Also that would need a warrant, which would mean we would need courts who gave a shit.
Arguably, he could seize the ones in Georgia on the grounds they are actively used in a crime(Senate runoffs) via civil forfeiture, then Georgia would need to prove they were not used in a crime to get them back. This would serve a purpose in preventing them from being used in near future fraud, but would not do anything about November.
Thought the same things on there being a clause under one of the statutes cited in the order that requires that much time. Didn't care to try to sort through them though. Also notable that the various ordered people can comply earlier, they just are not required to by the order.

Not sure, the first two and last are boring logs with Nov 06 dates in a copy I have seen floating around. 3rd is a page from what appears to be a manual. Also the signature at the end of this one is not present, so it is possibly a earlier draft.
