Totally agree. His earlier stuff is considerably more measured and informational. He's taken on an angrier tone lately with the anti-cop rhetoric which tends to detract from some of the more esoteric content he provides.

From my research, there seems to be a lot of meta-scripting attached to the Matrix series in terms of "real-life" events correlating with themes contained in the films.

The concept for the series is claimed to have been stolen from Sophia Stewart, the purported creator of The Matrix. She happens to be a black woman who could easily be a corollary for The Oracle. The Matrix essentially being a Gnostic allegory, this tracks with its cosmology as the Aeon Sophia inadvertently births the matrix (our world) by way of the accidental creation of the Demiurge (who is represented by The Architect in the films).

I would suspect that the Wachowskis are not the actual creators of the films but are merely front-persons to be put in the media, as the concepts of the films seem far too complex for it to come from these two siblings, rookies in the film business, and who notoriously did not give interviews during the press rollout for the first film.

Their gender transitions also allude to the Gnostic concept of the 'cosmic androgyne' which is a synthesis of masculine and feminine components into a unified, transcendent whole. The siblings played this out in the physical form on the world stage, but Passio would allege that this is symbolic of the masculine and feminine aspects of the mind coming into balance and unification.

This video gives a very deep analysis of the symbolic themes contained in the films, far more comprehensive that the simple "simulation theory" assessment.

Great stuff, right here. Big fan of Passio's earlier work, especially his presentation regarding Natural Law. Life-changing material if you can devote the time to it: https://youtu.be/C1pkJaNbzLU
