The video you mention is faked. Please research it yourself. The man in the video is not Bill Gates, the slides were manipulated, the time-stamp on the video was added post-production, there is much doubt there is a room in the pentagon with that label, etc. etc. etc. I forget the name of the video that debunks it, but if you look you will find it.
