No he's just completely lost his mind. What's more likely is he got his peepee touched when he was an up and coming teen actor and is dealing with the psychological trauma of it. Think Corey Feldman. You see that a lot with actors that get their breaks at his age. You don't think (((they))) got their hands on Miley Cyrus, Amanda Bynes, Lindsay Lohan etc... they all crack later when the pressure of fame catches up and the memories of sucking fat jew dick come back into their head.
