After reading this article I tried to find any literature with an opposing point of view or with a logical explanation of what might be going on. The only thing I could find (using Duck Duck Go) was the following article by a programmer who attempted to disprove the above article and instead made an even stronger case for something extremely disturbing going on (and with better graphical representations of the problem)."

Today the Rittenhouse Judge brought up the Boston Bomber's trial as an example of how guilt was ---PROVEN--- by an FBI agent watching some footage 100 times, and "noticing" that the defendant was not looking in the same direction as the crowd when one of the explosions occurred... !!!

Rittenhouse is screwed. The Judge thinks "ENHANCE!"-ed phone footage might be legitimate evidence, despite nothing clear being discernable from 200X200 pixels. You may feel he was being gaslit by the prosecution... but he allowed himself to be gaslit. He believes some bullshit testimony from an FBI agent PROVES guilt enough to execute someone.
