HCQ is good. Or, you know, organic honeygar or any of kombucha /kvass /posca /sekanjabin /oximel etc ... good for quitting drinking alcohol too in my case. Even homemade lemonade helps with that. Probiotic food like sauerkraut (i.e. Bigos or as a side dish), quark, kefir, sourdough bread, fermented (not in vinegar) pickles, sour milk, sour flour soup (Zurek soup) etc. Those are basis of traditional east european cuisine, and yes, hemp was used traditionally in cooking, not to mention medically and recreationally (source: early works of Sara Benetowa/ Sula Benett). Poppy seeds are in tons on almost every bread/bun till this day. Who needs pharmaceutical companies? Pro tip: tap water maybe no good for making any of those at home, likely not. I use spring water. Well water, rain water is theoretically good too, but who knows how poisoned is your area.
