There's a big loop of videos about this one on Youtube explaining who the actor is. In the video the reporter behind the camera, never seen, is coaching him about ''you HaVe to SAY that phrase (I think he calls him Rick?)
Or maybe it's 'Bob' but it's one of these one syllable men's names and the so-called reporter repeatedly calls him this. Someone comes up with an IMDB or whatever it is called for a guy named Bob, who looks just like this guy, and the people in the videos eventually get it figured out, who the guy is.
I rabbit-holed through several of the videos and saw how the people there before me, figured out who it was.
