I myself am a bit of an amateur time traveler and the proofs just keep stacking, I can't travel to times that haven't been prepared for me and I think it's by design as you alluded to in this quote.

Thank you for thinking this out, I've been wondering myself how to go about it. At first think through it seems that might work, and mod duties would have to stay on top of flairs and I'm sure a modicum of appropriate speech would be expected/moderated.
