FDOC only handles inmates that have been convicted already. They wouldn't have him in there until after the trial, if he's found guilty.

I'm not saying I think he did it or didn't. The whole shooting and after was really odd, that's for sure. The students interviews didn't make any sense either. I was just commenting that he is currently in custody, but at the county jail due to Florida laws.
