That does infact seem possible, hadn't been able to find anything refuting it at all before this, Im going to look into it and see if metabunks analysis holds up but, this doc is part of a rather large dump of other documents, id be surprised if they were all forgeries, not impossible but thousands of pages of other FBI declassified info lends credence in my eyes to its validity.
