Both old men, both grew up in a very different USA than the USA we see today.

But why are they connected? Why this article about both Donald Trump & Bill Gates? What is the story?

Donald Trump & Bill Gates both represent something greater than themselves, greater than their individual identities. They represent opposite spectrums of Humanity.

Donald Trump representing the wild human spirit, the burning flame of Western Civilization, strength, being out there, individuality, the beauty of being flawed, and human exceptionalism.

Bill Gates represents control, the shaming of culture & tradition, weakness, hiding in the shadows, the ugliness of conformation & a hate for what is human.

Our story begins far before the year 2020. Our stories begin long ago in the 1940s & 1950s. Donald Trump & Bill Gates come from similar backgrounds, well off Caucasian boys living in the most free society on Earth, the United States of America.

But freedom has a price, and for the weak especially, that price can be hefty. By accepting being part of a free society, you by design must accept that you will ultimately be held mostly responsible for your shortcomings, success, or misdeeds. This can be social, spiritual, and/or fiscal.

Donald Trump by all accounts grew up as one of what we would call the “jocks”, in the classic sense of the term. He was popular, tall, blonde, played sports, was popular with the ladies. Trump had also stated in the his best selling book “The Art of the Deal", that going to a military school introduced to “some real tough people", and how it taught him discipline & the importance of showing a respect for authority, but not fear. He would go to the Wharton School of Business to get one of the best educations in the world (before universities turned into for-profit indoctrination centers where students pay Ludacris amounts of money for an effectively useless degree in the work place). He would complete his studies & do what the American Spirit within him demanded. With no solid plan or venture waiting for him, he left his comfort zone in queens where his father had built his fortune. He would plunge into the cut throat world of Manhattan real estate with little to no connections, where he would infamously walk past the plot of land where Trump Tower stands & tell one of his colleagues he would one day own that plot of land. According to “The Art of the Deal", he would put himself out there. He would hound one of NY's most exclusive clubs to allow him to join where he would be able to network & create the connections he needed to succeed. He would go on to life his life in the limelight , allowing everyone to join in on his wild ride, his life, & his unique experience. He has failed many times, he himself admits. He has had marriages he regrets, he has done things he regrets. But he is not ashamed to admit, and power forward. Donald Trump is the embodiment of the American Spirit. He is loud, unorthodox, he dates super models, he is almost always dressed to impress, and eats Big Macs while he does. He has no problem making fun of himself & taking part in silly skits that many of the “elite" would see as degrading. The American spirit may be loud & unapologetic , but it is a spirit of liberty & morals. In a world where madness & tyranny have all the platforms for communication, being a little loud & crass is exactly what the good guys need.

The small minority of the good who take a stand win, as we saw in 1776 when 40% of the American public supported a largely undermanned and untrained US military would go on to defeat the British Empire at near peak power. The loud, crass, liberty loving, freedom defending American Spirit reigned Supreme over European tyranny. Just like Donald Trump, the young quirky boy from queens, who would go on to be loved by the everyday Americans after he managed to maneuver through the Mafia & Swamp infested waters of NYC to achieve success. A man of loyalty & honor who even stressed the importance of those two traits in “The Art of the Deal", in which is fondly reminisces about an older gentleman who concluded one of the most important deals in Trump's life, buying the zoning rights from Tiffany's for Trump Tower. The deal was concluded through no shady contracts or legal speak, it was concluded through a handshake & the word of gentleman. Donald would say in the same chapter those type of people are becoming less & less.

Bill Gates on the other hand had a very different story. Gates was unpopular in school, he was physically weak, had to rig one his schools systems to manually pair him with girls for group projects. Bill Gates would also go on to attend a prestigious University, except he would eventually drop out to pursue Microsoft. Gates would go on, very publicly, to consolidate Microsoft through the use of shady business practices, stabbing his partners in the back, and doing everything legally possible (and sometimes illegally) to make Microsoft into a monopoly. Bill Gates would also become a very public figure, like Trump, but instead he was vilified (rightfully so) in contrast to the great love Trump would feel. Gates would also practice early version of his current strategy by institutionally infiltrating governments. He did this via Microsoft by providing free PCs to world governments, as well as free training, to effectively create governments dependent on his products.

So we have two different characters who represent the divide we see today in the USA.

Trump the embodiment of the American Spirit. Individuality, quirkiness, grandiose, liberty, and moral initiative.

Gates the embodiment of the villainous left. Behind the scenes shady dealings, forced indoctrination, conformity, modernist minimalism, the destruction of morals & values.

Bill Gates the personification of the “oppressed” class we see today in America. A bitter, spiteful, weak man, who's hate for modern society stems from a deep and old anger created from his failure to be accepted for being a loser (socially).
