That’s a good question. Maybe someday soon the big bad government will tell you that you can’t own a specific software program because it is a virus (offensive cyber “arms”), or that you can’t own a specific type of firewall (defensive cyber “arms”)

Could make downvoting “cost” from the users rep/score. Or require a rep/score/post count of “x” in order to downvote.
