Where in America are you going to get a "black jury"? What county/city? He also fails to acknowledge that both the prosecution and the defense must BOTH approve of the jurors. So there is no "black jury".
The FACT is that blacks acquit more often than whites and that holds true for both black AND white defendants. All white jury pools convict blacks at SIGNIFICANTLY higher rates than whites at a 16% discrepancy. Conviction rates equalize on juries where at least 1 black person is present.
