You cannot find a single source that says the Nazis didn't kill the slavs enmasse or weren't seen as liberators' at first by Ukrainians, and then ukranian orgnaizations like the OUN and ONU turned against them when the nazis started torturing/killing slavs.

If the nazis actually established a ukranian state and supported slavic independence from the union, the nazis would have won the war.
