I'm guessing what his worldview is based on what he writes here. If I've made wrong conclusions I'd be glad to hear him explaining his worldview and how he justifies the knowledge he has.
The "why" here would be his justification and unless he states it clearly I have to guess it. The thing is there are no infinite positions to take and it can be narrowed down to what I said.

That's redundant. All beliefs are subjective by definition, because they are property of the individual mind (that doesn't mean the thing being believed is subjective though). We are limited by our mode of being.
