Quite an awful situation. But I won't go with the easy answer of "one bad apple". There is a larger spiritual point here. There is so much blame (and sin) to go around in this situation. The actions of the people involved have consequences.

The way his dad (Rampage) treats his son and provokes him to wrath all the time (Eph 6:4), the wrestlers pushing Raja to get some sort of payback, the anonymous instigators in chat pushing demonic manipulation hoping for a response, the cowards in the ring who didn't intervene. It's all pretty disheartening.

It's not just "muh one bad apple" it's an apparatus of sin, of lost humanity working together towards a near sacrifice of (by all accounts) a decent and kind human being, on the devil's altar.

But on a positive note, credit to the guy who did make things happen to save Stu's life. But God will judge all cowards and murderers, and instigators, abusers, and manipulators; those who think blood is not on their hands. They will be sorely mistaken on judgement day.

The way his dad (Rampage) treats his son and provokes him to wrath all the time (Eph 6:4), the wrestlers pushing Raja to get some sort of payback, the anonymous instigators in chat acting like pushing demonic manipulation hoping for a response, the cowards in the ring who didn't intervene. It's all pretty disheartening.
