Enough vegetable oil or shortening to cover the bottom of your skillet about 1/8 an inch

Instructions:

  1. Combine eggs and milk, set aside.

  2. Combine flour with the 1 1/2 teaspoons Claudia Sanders Chicken Seasoning.

  3. Dip chicken pieces in milk-egg mixture and roll them in the flour-seasoning mixture.

  4. Fry pieces in low to medium heat for 15-20 minutes, turning once.

  5. Remove from fire. Drain and serve.

ok so your shenanigan here.. of this line where they're trying to sell you the 7 herbs and spices, it was rumored when I was growing up in the 80's.. is the same shit in there.. but that nephew's stories of that recipe was on the back of her will.. jeez..

I gotta text transcribe from that photo. The text to image had goofs.. side by side, checking that handwritten image with this post to make sure I write what it said correctly. lol.. so this Ts.. is teaspoons I'm guessing and not table spoons. 2 cups white flour.. it's tea spoons.

Handwritten with blue ink, the list is titled: "11 Spices - Mix With 2 Cups White Fl."

Ledington casually explained: "That is the original 11 herbs and spices that were supposed to be so secretive."

Here's what the handwritten recipe picture says:

11

Spices - Mix With 2 Cups White Fl.

  1. 2/3 Ts salt

  2. 1/2 Ts Thyme

  3. 1/2 Ts Basil

  4. 1/3 Ts Oregano

  6. 1 Ts Black pepper

  7. 1 Ts Dried Mustard

  8. 4 Ts Paprika
