I've already been down this road, as I struggled to hold onto my faith. Everything is bullshit. But awareness was more important to me than blinding following a belief system, like faith in religions or faith in solor system.

Luckily, I wasnt crushed by the realization that my world view was based on ps ops. I think some of my Christian friends literally would boil their lives in sex and drugs and self sabotage if they lost their religion. Do you what happens to space fans when they learn they'll never be able to go to Mars because it's not real? Fucking melt down.

I doubt that would happen to you, you'd figure out a way forward, through rabbit holes or whatever. But you'd have to undo your ego, back tracking, and undoing all the knowledge you cherish today. Its like losing someone very close to you, all that stages grief apply.
