The point is there's no way to measure this stuff. Some guy made a machine that reads the frequencies but nobody knows how it works and what it measures exactly? Sounds an awful lot like scientology E-meter. It's all metaphysical speculation at best. We may agree natural fabrics are better for people but it most likely has nothing to do with frequencies and vibrations (what sort of frequency is this supposed to be to begin with - radio, electrical, electromagentic, acoustic, light?)

The study you mentioned was published in a journal called Hebrews Today: https://www.academia.edu/39363092/Tikkun_Olam_to_Heal_the_World_Wearing_Healing_Flax_Linen_Attire?auto=download&auto_download_source=social-news

That Yellen chick co-wrote the paper along with a rabbi, who also wrote on homosexuality within the Bible and how its misunderstood. At least check your sources, dude. You're getting duped by low-effort kabbalah mysticism. Jews love to promote new-age degeneracy and brainrot the minds of the goyim.
