I’ve seen arguments made that Ghislaine with her whole submarine NGO, that they had started to pry into things like Antarctica and poking around areas that the upper elites of the world didn’t want them looking into, and that they basically became persona non grata within their own hierarchy network.

Obviously wild speculation, but her and Epstein were poking their noses into a lot of things that you could make the case would be acceptable for the upper echelon of elites, but if they weren’t actually in the upper echelon, then you could see it as a threat to the actual power brokers and maybe Epstein and Ghislaine were making moves that threatened them.
