The US constitution is a made up social construct. It only has objective grounding in reality as far as it is based on Christian morals. Secularism is inevitably relativistic and arbitrary (because it lacks an objective standard for morals and truth which in Christianity is God). But the Christian worldview is objectively true and not a human construct, regardless if people accept or reject it and everyone will be judged accordingly, meaning that there is ultimate justice and consequences of one's action.
