Agreed. That's generally what bad faith atheists think Christians believe God to be. That strawman image of God is atheist propaganda.

God isn’t something outside of us, but only within us.

So what's the distinction between you and God? What part of you is God exactly and does everyone have it? If God's only inside of us what lends credence to the outside world? Is it just an illusion?
