I really don't understand a lot of things a lot of people say. For instance these names, yahweh, jehovah, overtime they all get conflated. But I'll try to brush up.
As far as I understand the elohim firsts mention in Genesis, this is God speaking of Himself (God is Father, Son and Spirit ever before the incarnation. There is also the heavenly beings and I know almost nothing. Same with angels. I know enough to know they are God's friends and that's fine with me for now but if I have to learn more to keep up with you then so be it. Pardon my ignorance.

No one can be forced into a relationship with God, that's the whole deal with freewill or we'd be robots.
Any one selling this idea is lying to you to keep you away from God.

To your points, I've tried to address the first above and continuing now down below;

-Exo 6:3 And I appeared unto Abraham, unto Isaac, and unto Jacob, by the name of El Shadday, but by my name JEHOVAH was I not known to them-
I'd argue them not knowing His name means not knowing who He really is and not knowing His ways.

-Lev 18:4 Ye shall do my judgments, and keep mine ordinances, to walk therein: I am Jehovah your Elohiym-
have you read this; The Lord our God, the Lord is One (and now a word study to understand the plurality -I am not even close to good at Hebrew yet https://www.blueletterbible.org/lexicon/h430/kjv/wlc/0-1/

I liken it to saying of all the gods people worship, this is our God hence the plurality of grammar, I think. I just don't think it's a serious as you claim because I've tried very hard for years to immerse myself in their mindset and they were surrounded by pagans and psychotics and I can understand this line of talking and thinking.

  • Exo 20:2 I am Jehovah thy Elohiym, which have brought thee out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage. Exo 20:3 Thou shalt have no other Elohiym before me. -
    my paraphrase would be serve no other God but me and it makes sense. No idol worshipping, it's bad for your soul not His ego.

-Exo 20:5 Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I Jehovah thy Elohiym am a jealous Elohiym, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me;- this I need to look into because I remember God saying there would be no sins of the fathers laid on the children.

-1Ki_11:33 Because that they have forsaken me, and have worshipped Ashtoreth the Elohiym of the Zidonians, Chemosh the Elohiym of the Moabites, and Milcom the Elohiym of the children of Ammon, and have not walked in my ways, to do that which is right in mine eyes, and to keep my statutes and my judgments, as did David his father.-
again, I think this goes back to the fallen propping themselves up as gods and God is setting it straight.

-Isaiah 60:12 says Isa 60:12 For the goy and kingdom that will not serve thee shall perish; yea, those goy shall be utterly wasted.- in common terms, if you are not with God you are against Him and there is no 'life' outside of His presence, death will die forever.
