I think there's a conspiracy here but i don't think it's willful misconduct by the USSS cs team.

I tend to buy into the patsy theory. It's the same playbook they use for all assassins. Who was he really?

I tend to buy into the patsy theory. It's the same playbook they use for all assassins. The shooter has training- something the news was quick to try to dismiss with the whole "anyone could make that shot". He evaded perimeter patrols, climbed the building, set up in an angle obscured by tree cover, and acquired a shot within a few seconds.

Probably a hired gun imo. He probably thought he could get off the building before the cs team found him. From the angle, looks like they popped him while he was running. Where's his rifle in the photo? Why want he near the edge? He was egressing already.
