The idea of presidential immunity from prosecution is not explicitly mentioned in the Constitution “Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors” (Article II, Section 4) talks about methods of impeaching a president while he is in office, or removing him due to criminal charges. This does more to suggest the president CAN in fact be charged and removed for crimes while in office and certainly outside of office.

If the founding fathers of the constitution WANTED the president to have immunity, they would have put it in the constitution. The subject was discussed during the authoring of the Constitution. They did not put it in the constitution.

In order for you to have to argue for immunity, you have to imagine what the forefathers to the Constitution IMPLIED, which opens the door for all kinds of ridiculous interpretations and arguments based on documents other than the constitution.

Every president in your lifetime is a criminal and deserves to be locked up and potentially executed for treason. That includes Biden, Obama, Carter, George W Bush, and even The ZOGnald.

Conservative Constitutionalists would normally NEVER go along with something like this, but because jews levied fraudulent charges against Trump, Conservatives once again are duped into backing ridiculous stances on Constitutionalism and walked right into another jew trap. So-Called fake "Conservatives" will regret the day they gave complete immunity to criminal presidents. They will REGRET IT!!!!!
