Adding to the last comment, the early Christians confirm this doctrine:

Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.

So did these transformed people all go through some "vibe raising" bootcamp and practice "exercises" day in day out for years to become a new creature? Or does this sound more like a sudden change?

Repentance, which Jesus called for upon entering a city, is such a pivotal moment. A turning away from sin and turning to God, accepting the Holy Spirit to guide your life and thus accepting Jesus as Messiah and the true King of Kings.

New Agers preach exercises to raise vibrations. New Agers preach "Christ consciousness" and a new age when people "raise their vibrations". That is not Biblical Christianity.

Any unsaved person can love other people. Even gangsters love their family, or could forgive a family member. Does this get them into heaven? No, of course not. And willing yourself to love your neighbors more and willing yourself to stop sinning doesn't work either. It is not a fundamental spiritual change.
