The Embassy is monitoring reports that extremists have imminent plans to target large gatherings in Moscow, to include concerts, and U.S. citizens should be advised to avoid large gatherings over the next 48 hours.

First - if USA government recieved information that some extremists have some plans, without any doubt USA government have information who is that extremists. It just impossible to obtain secret information about someone plans, without knowing who is it. Just imagine how stupid it sounds - source tell some three-letter agency - "extremists have plans of attack!". It is good for Hollywood blockbuster, but just impossible for any agency. Even if we somehow imagine that USA government or its puppets/masters was not behind that shit, each agency monitors specific groups and absolutely have information what exact group with what exact participants preparing for something.

Second - we have video footage of kike blob of fat Victoria Nuland that openly promised "nasty surprise" for Putin recently, so there are no any doubts who is behind it and that USA government had full information with all details about coming terrorist attack.

But notice a date - 7 March 2024 and stated timeframe of 48 hours.

Before elections, high alert level for police and special services was established even earlier than 7 March 2024. And last longer than declared timeframe, up to end of 18 March 2024.

What else Putin had to do in responce of such threat from USA government without any further details? From 7 March 2024 to 9 March 2024 all police and special services forces was in high alert state all over the country.

Or you mean USA government intentionally lied about emergency timeframe in the hope that after that period, high alert state would be released and their puppets will easily do terrorist attack right before the elections?

Before this happened, Russia didn't thank the US for the warning or continued to stay alert but got offended over it.
