Sure in NY they had those "bars can't be open passed 10PM" which many businesses skirted, even in the city, anyway but that could hardly be considered a lockdown. I'm not going to ask you to provide proof that those areas were shut down because I'm not going to ask you to dox yourself but please at least explain what the lockdowns were. By my recollection most lockdown measures throughout the country were done by the end of summer 2020, which is still predating the vax
