I drink it in water when my stomach is feeling weird, or at least once a month. I use about a tablespoon for 8oz of water. I would up it to 2 tablespoons if I feel sick or illness coming on (which hasn’t happened for about 4 years or so now). You can drink it straight as a “shot” too, which will wake you up. We also make topicals with ACV for skin treatments on rashes, bites, hives. Plus, we use it as a cleaning product for laundry and dishes.
