The Challenger disaster cemented NASA into our brains at an early age. I haven't met a person yet who didn't watch that in class (WHY? We never did that with any other event in all of my school career.) Also they made Space camp and opened up the place kids go there to train to be "future astronauts..." (Same. Space Camp) Now i know that the movie was just a commercial, just like ALL movies. If you were born in the 1970's, NASA had a special place in your secret deception heart, kinda like your first girlfriend. Even though I'm 99% NASA is fake, I still remember the trauma they instilled that day. I'm pretty sure that was to traumatize us. Why else did EVERYONE my age see this weird event?
