Who told you that shit? This "right" exists only in sick brains of western elites. Most countries in the world resides on the lands inhabited by the direct ancestors of current citizens. Whatever parameter you take - land square, population, it will be overhelming dominance.
Only Americas and Australia lands inhabited by natives was "conquested" by Europeans, excluding empty, uninhabited lands, and that fucking Israel case in Middle East. And that in no way make this somehow "legitimate".
