But you missed a part with telomeres - ends of chromosomes with no DNA information necessary to make DNA replication process to copy everything important. During replication when cell divide, the very end of telomere is not copied. So, telomeres shorten with the age after each cell division, so chromosomes in Bob cell nucleus will be shorter than needed, so clone will suffer from premature aging at best.

So your theory need an additional stage of restoring telomeres to initial length before implanting Bob's cell nucleus into Jane's egg. That theoretically could be done using telomerase, a ferment that adds nucleotide sequences to telomeres restoring its length. Naturally, telomerase works only once, after cell division restoring telomeres length back to original. So you need a technology to use telomerase multiple times and a source of telomerase. And one of possible source of telomerase is, suddenly, stem cells that divide without shortening telomeres thanks to telomerase. And something tell me, that you will need a lot of them. Here comes abortion clinics and all that abortion freedom narrative.
