If you weren't aware. This is so parents can't un-school stupid lessons. I was constantly telling my kids, " That may be the answer they want, but that's not the right answer." Schools love it when parents don't have Tom's to talk to their kids about their life.

Edit : btw teachers are mandatory reporters,but so are medical professionals. If a child tells them they're thinking about suicide, they may end up with a grippy sock vacation ". My bestie has a baby at 13, my lil sister at 15. It's inappropriate not to tell parents about any medication a child is taking because of side effects, and medication interferance.

My lil sis couldn't make any of her medical decisions when she was pregnant. She could make choices for her baby once she delivered, but her medical care as a minor was my father's responsibility. Idk what state this clip is from, she gave birth in MD.
