None of countries except Ukraine, Transnistria and North Kazakhstan was always part or Russia.
Belarus was part of Great Lithuania, Finland was part of Sweden and so on.
Half of that "invaded" countries exist only because of Russia's actions in the past.
Also, fun to point out, every country in the vicinity of Russia, minus Belarus, mf-in' hates the Russians to death.
Really you have to separate people from political leadership of that countries. People also divided as sheeple who blindly follow leadership and those who have their own thoughts.
Shortly, on average, countries where native population really hate Russia - Hungary and Baltic states. Interesting, that Hungary political leadership does not hate Russia even now.
Countries where population mostly neutral to Russia - Germany, Poland, Czhech Republic, Slovakia, former Yugoslavia except Serbia, Finland, Bulgaria and suddenly, Georgia.
Countries where population like Russia - Serbia (for unknown reason, really, In the past, Russian Empire liberated Serbia from Turks, but that was long ago, but Serbs still account Russia as closest friend), Moldova, Armenia, Belarus, Transnistria and Slovenia.
Slovenia, Slovakia and Serbia still have national flags made from civilian Russian Empire flag.
Transnistria that is marked on the map as "invaded", really is a political joke, consequence of mistake that Moldova government did on the top of USSR fall. When other USSR respublics declare independence by exiting USSR, Moldova denounced its joining in USSR. But, suddenly, at the moment of joining USSR, Moldova didn't include Transnistria. So, Transistria appeared to be the only part of USSR that does not leave it. Theoretically, Transnistria today could be accounted as the only existing remnant of USSR. And it's not Russia invaded Transnistria, it was Moldova, that suddenly found that they fucked themselves up with denouncing joining USSR instead of exiting, tried to invade Transnistria, but completely failed. Transnistria was always part of Russia along with Ukraine.
History of invading, liberating, acquiring and so on of that countries into Russian Empire or Soviet Union was very different. F.e. Finland was liberated from Sweden by Russian Army, and become knd of protectorate of Russian Emprie with own government and all that stuff. All that monuments to Russian Tzar Alexander they build by themselves, not by orders from metropoly. Poland... fuck, who didn't invade Poland, really? Funny that in all that cases, Poland government agressive actions was the reason for subsequent invasion.
Russia also invaaded France, Switzerland and Austria. Also, there was a story with military support of one of sides of civil war in Spain.
Unfortunately, Russia never invaded Britain. I think it is the greatest mistakes Russia did in its history.
So, you missed again with your assumption.
Just remember - everything you know about Russia, you know from its worst enemies.
